The Sioux Falls Stampede compete in the United States Hockey League (USHL), the top amateur league in the United States. Players range from 16 to 20 years old and are playing to obtain Division I scholarships. Over 30 Stampede players have been drafted by an NHL club and 27 have skated in an NHL game.

The club has set league attendance records over the last two seasons, drawing over 200,000 fans in 2015-16 for an average of over 6,600 fans per-game. The PREMIER Center is a state-of-the-art facility for hockey, bringing fans closer to the game more than ever before. Add in the four panel video board and LED ribbon board and your experience at a Stampede hockey game is second to none!
